Welcome to Bucket Jet. "We", "us" and "our" mean Bucket Jet. By visiting or buying from this store, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Warranty. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Orders and pricing

  • When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline an order for any reason, with a full refund if you've paid.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping within Australia is free.
  • We ship to Australian addresses only. Please check your address and details before you submit.
  • If a price or description is wrong, we may correct it and give you the choice to confirm or cancel your order.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 60-day return window and our warranty are set out on the Refund policy and Warranty pages. Those pages form part of these terms.

Using the store

Use the store for lawful purposes only. Don't misuse it, interfere with it, attempt to access it without permission, or use it to send malware or spam. Content on the site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Bucket Jet or its licensors and can't be copied or reused without our written permission.

Safe use of your Bucket Jet

Read and follow the instructions supplied with your kit. Don't point the spray at people or animals, and keep it away from electrical outlets and the battery contacts. Use only the supplied charger.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.

Mobile message terms

The Bucket Jet mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Bucket Jet. By agreeing to receive texts from us, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

  • What you'll get. Recurring texts to the mobile number you gave us, including order updates and, if you opted in, offers such as cart reminders.
  • Voluntary. You don't have to sign up to buy anything. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Cost. We don't charge for the Service. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.
  • Opt out. Text STOP to cancel at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any text. You'll get one confirmation text, then no more.
  • Help. Text HELP or email megan@bucketjet.com.au.
  • Delivery. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you get a new number, you'll need to sign up again.

We send marketing texts only to people who've given consent, as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your personal information.
