Ordering and delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship within Australia only, and shipping is free Australia-wide.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders in 1 to 2 business days, then delivery takes about 7 to 14 business days. Remote and regional areas can take a little longer.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or email megan@bucketjet.com.au.

How can I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Afterpay. All prices are in AUD.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If your address is wrong, tell us within 12 hours.

Returns and warranty

What if I change my mind?

You have 60 days from delivery to return your Bucket Jet. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. See the Refund policy for the full terms.

What if it arrives damaged or stops working?

Email Megan with your order number and a photo or short video. For verified defects we send a free replacement.

What does the warranty cover?

Every Bucket Jet has a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Lifetime Care+ is an optional add-on. See the Warranty page.

How do I contact you?

Email megan@bucketjet.com.au. We reply within 1 business day.

Using your Bucket Jet

Do I need a tap, hose or powerpoint?

No. It draws water from any clean bucket and runs on its own rechargeable battery.

What's in the box?

Bucket Jet comes as a complete kit. The full list of what's included is on the product page.

What can I use it on?

Wheelie bins, cars, patios, outdoor furniture and more, anywhere you can carry a bucket.

Can I use hot water or chemicals?

Use clean water only. The Warranty page lists what isn't covered, including misuse.
